New Year Investments Hosts WHEDA Board of Directors

The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Agency (WHEDA) Board of Directors joined New Year Investments for a tour of Ella Apartments. We discussed the financing avenues that unlocked Ella as a viable urban infill development. The WHEDA Board of Directors had an opportunity to tour apartment units as well as the common area amenities.
