Mixed-Use, Multifamilly

Ella Apartments is the new cornerstone of Madison’s near eastside at the gateway to Downtown. Located at 2860 E. Washington Avenue, on Madison’s creative and lively Eastside. Ella is just steps from local restaurants retailers, and the Starkweather Creek Path. 135 bright apartment homes look out over the Eken Park Neighborhood.

Multifamily

Taking Shape, Our Triangle, is a partnership between the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison (CDA) and New Year Investments to redevelop the CDA Triangle properties. Vern’s Body Shop Redevelopment • Middleton, WI

Multifamily

When New Year Investments acquired the former Vern’s Body Shop site, it included a vacant building and surface parking lot. Located in Middleton’s downtown district and within one block from the beltline, it is the perfect place to add much needed housing. We look forward to reimagining this underutilized portion of Terrace Avenue to add desirable housing in beautiful downtown Middleton.

We are excited to be part of a team of Madison-based developers who, in partnership with the Community Development Authority of the City of Madison, are adding new, affordable, multifamily housing to Madison’s southside.
