ELLA APARTMENTS
Built in 2022, Ella is a 135-unit mixed-income housing development at the gateway to Madison’s downtown. Near the intersection of East Washington with Highway 30 from Milwaukee, the famed Ella’s Deli restaurant attracted generations of Madisonians for decades. Ella’s success came from its unique design, quality product, dedicated owners and phenomenal visibility. Similar ingredients—a focus on exceptional design, quality construction, strong management, local control and visibility will make Ella Apartments a desirable and sustainable residential community for future generations.
