PRINCIPAL
Anne is a local real estate expert. She is a Board Member and shareholder of Urban Land Interests, a family-owned asset management company founded in 1974. As a developer, Anne has managed the creation of more than 500 new multifamily units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. From 2006-2012, Anne worked in New York and Wisconsin for two housing financing authorities on the financing of more than 8,000 units of mixed income housing. Her projects often involve complex financing structures and utilize a variety of private, federal, state and local sources.
Prior to pursuing her real estate degree, Anne served as staff person to elected officials at local and state levels and spent two years marketing professional services for architecture and engineering firms.
Anne received her Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College. She holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker License. Anne has served on the Board of Downtown Madison Inc and the Madison Development Corporation. She formerly served as a Mayoral appointee and chair of the Madison Housing Strategy Committee.

PRINCIPAL
Sarah joined New Year Investments in 2021 after spending 15 years working in Denver, Colorado. While in Colorado, Sarah focused primarily on leasing and asset management of public and private real estate investments. Her recent work involved planning, designing and implementing large and small scale office projects for the General Services Administration and its client agencies across five states. Sarah is an expert in project management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial forecasting and physical needs planning.
Sarah received her Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. Sarah is a LEED Accredited Professional and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She is a shareholder of Urban Land Interests, a family-owned asset management company.

OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGER
Anna joined the New Year Investments team in 2024. She has a background in residential property management and operations as well as experience in project management within the nonprofit sector. Anna has a proven track record of identifying the needs of stakeholders and building trust through partnerships.
Anna received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
