Wisconsin Affordable Housing Week: DSPS Tours Ella Apartments

New Year Investments was happy to host Secretary Dan Hereth of the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as part of a cross-state tour during Wisconsin Affordable Housing Week. We discussed barriers to development of affordable housing and potential pathways for creation of additional housing, specifically in urban infill sites, just like at Ella Apartments.
